Qualification:

Job Description:
 
  • Provide software and hardware support service.
  • Maintain, install, and configure computer software, applications and hardware to be in good conditions.
  • Instruct or recommend staff of how to use computer software and hardware or talk staff to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Contact venders for software and hardware services.
  • Contact foreign venders for service in case of supervisor’s absence and emergency.
  • Do the information systems common administration task on network and virus.
  • To work in line with ISO requirements, procedural documentation, and relevant reports
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.
  • Installation, maintenance, guidance, and problem-solving for LAN, VPN, Backup, Remote support, and on-site support.
 
Qualification:
 
  • Gender: Male, 22 to 25 years old.
  • Academic background: bachelor’s in information technology or a closely connected field.
  • Excellent character, attitude, and interpersonal skills possess a passion for organizing and coordinating things.
  • Responsible, upbeat, eager to learn new things, industrious, composed, and able to work under pressure.
  • Has fundamental knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networks, and SQL.
  • The ability to travel throughout Bangkok and the provinces that are nearby.
  • It will be advantageous if you have experience with server, network, antivirus software, and backup systems.
